your password for your email is not working, and this "enter your
password" screen comes up. 1. Make sure your user name and password are typed in correctly.
A good idea is to retype your password and username. And make sure that "Caps Lock" is not accidentally selected. Passwords are case sensetive.
2. If you do all this and still can't get your password to work, give customer service/ technical support a call at 947-3653.
